In this course we will deepen your understanding of principled negotiation theory and how apply these skills to your buyer presentations. You'll feel more confident and have the skills to overcome common, and not so common, objections.
With recent changes to the industry in both Canada and the US and more on the way, now is the time to master your buyer presentation skills. This will put you ahead of your competition, make it easy to comply with all current and future real estate rules and regulations, and earn you the opportunity to represent some great buyer clients.
To qualify to take any of the PREN Certification Course, you must have already completed the Negotiation Foundations for Real Estate (AREN) Course (or equivalent) and have earned your AREN Certification. Please ensure you have completed the pre-requisite AREN Certification Coursebefore registering for any PREN Certification Course.
