The old adage, list to last is as valuable today as it ever has been.
Agents who are able to consistently list properties for sale have sustainable, successful and enjoyable real estate practices. Not only do you have inventory that is likely to sell but you have potential buyers and sellers reaching out to you on a regular basis. Having listings puts you in the deal flow.
Sellers are often more discerning in who they choose to represent them than buyers are. If you want to be a strong listing agent, mastering your Listing Presentation is key.
In this course we will learn a professional process to engage sellers, earn their trust and respect, and get saleable listings signed.
We will deepen your understanding of principled negotiation theory and how apply these skills to your Listing presentations. You'll feel more confident and have the skills to overcome common, and not so common, objections and get listings signed at the right price and the right commission.
To qualify to take any of the PREN Certification Course, you must have already completed the Negotiation Foundations for Real Estate (AREN) Course (or equivalent) and have earned your AREN Certification. Please ensure you have completed the pre-requisite AREN Certification Course before registering for any PREN Certification Course.
