The Professional Real Estate Negotiator (PREN) Certification Course
In this course we will deepen your understanding of principled negotiation theory and apply these skills to your real estate presentations.
In real estate, your listing presentation, buyer presentation and offer presentation skills are the most essential elements in your success. Your ability to negotiate with a potential client to earn the right to represent them begins the process of selling real estate. Once you have successfully established this relationship, you then negotiate on behalf of your client to achieve the best possible outcome for them.
In this course we will use experiential learning to master the skills of negotiation with potential clients and on behalf of our clients. This will include a deep dive on listing and buyer presentations as well as the offer presentation itself.
Your learning will include adaptive communication skills, principled persuasion techniques, managing emotions, diffusing conflict, and collaborative problem solving.
We will learn how to use market research, valuation and strategy in your presentations.
We will also gain a deep understanding of the value that a highly skilled and trained real estate professional brings to every client relationship.
When you gain strong negotiation skills and learn how to apply them to your presentations, your confidence will increase significantly. This will help you to attract more and better clients and to build consistency into your business.
To qualify for taking the PREN Certification Course, you must have already completed the Negotiation Foundations for Real Estate (AREN) Course and have earned your AREN Certification. Please ensure you have completed the pre-requisite AREN Certification Course before registering for the PREN Certification Course.
