Advanced Skills for Offer Negotiations in Real Estate
(One of three courses required to earn your PREN - Professional Real Estate Negotiator Certification)
Your clients expect you to get the best possible results for them and your negotiation skills make a significant difference when it comes time for an offer.
In this course we will apply our negotiation skills from the AREN directly into the offer process. You'll learn:
- what information is valuable and how to gather it
- a new power assessment tool
- Zopa - a mathematical reasoning model
- setting and upsetting anchors
- how to deal with conflict
- principles persuasion
- mastering the collaborative process of integrative dealmaking
- getting to a successful closing
We will deepen your understanding of principled negotiation theory and how apply these skills to the offer process. You'll gain the confidence to get deals done, even the tricky ones.
To qualify to take any of the PREN Certification Course, you must have already completed the Negotiation Foundations for Real Estate (AREN) Course (or equivalent) and have earned your AREN Certification. Please ensure you have completed the pre-requisite AREN Certification Course before registering for any PREN Certification Course.
100% attendance and participation is required to receive your designation.
