2026 Negotiation Intelligence Update
2026 Negotiation Intelligence Update
Negotiation Intelligence is a practice, not a destination.
The real estate profession is constantly evolving. Markets change. Consumer expectations change. Research advances. Technology continues to reshape the way we work.
The principles of great negotiation haven't changed.
Preparation still matters. Professional trust still matters. Understanding interests still matters. Good judgment still matters.
What has changed is how we prepare for those conversations.
The 2026 Negotiation Intelligence Update is the first annual professional update created exclusively for graduates of AREN, PREN, CNE and MCNE. Rather than reteaching negotiation, this live online workshop explores how today's tools and changing professional environment strengthen the negotiation concepts you've already learned.
This year's theme is Artificial Intelligence and Professional Judgment.
You'll discover how AI can become a powerful thinking partner that helps you prepare more thoroughly, challenge assumptions, improve pricing conversations and make better recommendations to your clients, all while reinforcing the human skills that remain at the heart of exceptional negotiation.
